Candidate must have financial knowledge (ITR, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss A/c, how to calculate DSCR, etc)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in New Delhi. The Relationship Manager will focus on unsecured business loans, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored loan solutions. Additional tasks include ensuring client satisfaction, addressing queries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in client relationship management, sales, and customer retention.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, loan products, and credit assessment.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities in a professional setting.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in unsecured business loans or NBFC services is an advantage.
