Role Description The Relationship Manager (PCG) will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth and priority clients through proactive engagement and tailored financial solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, involving regular client meetings, portfolio reviews, and ongoing communication to understand client goals and risk profiles. The role includes advising clients on equity, mutual funds, insurance, and other investment products, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives and market conditions. The Relationship Manager will coordinate closely with research, advisory, and operations teams to deliver timely recommendations, resolve service issues, and ensure a seamless client experience. Additional responsibilities include acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, monitoring client accounts for performance and compliance, and maintaining accurate records and reporting in line with regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong client relationship management skills, including interpersonal communication, stakeholder management, and customer service capabilities.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial advisory and wealth management, including understanding of capital markets, investment products, and portfolio management concepts.
- Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, such as prospecting, lead conversion, cross-selling, and revenue growth focus.
- Candidates should possess analytical and research skills, including the ability to interpret market data, use research reports, and assess risk-return profiles.
- Candidates should possess organizational and execution skills, including time management, documentation accuracy, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., NISM, NCFM or equivalent market-related qualifications) would be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in wealth management, broking, banking, or financial advisory roles, particularly dealing with HNI or priority clients, is highly beneficial.
