Job Description:

We are hiring a Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in performance testing, monitoring, and analysis. The candidate should be experienced in designing performance test scripts, executing load/stress tests, identifying bottlenecks, and coordinating with development/infrastructure teams to improve application performance.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong experience in Performance Testing and Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Apache JMeter
• Experience with Akamai CloudTest
• Monitoring experience using Dynatrace and AppDynamics
• Log analysis and dashboard monitoring using Splunk
• Knowledge of Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance & Volume Testing
• Performance bottleneck analysis for application, server, API and database layers
• Experience in analyzing CPU, Memory, Response Time, Throughput, Error Rate etc.
• Good understanding of Web/API performance testing
• Experience preparing performance test strategy, test plan and test reports

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop performance test scripts using JMeter/Akamai
• Execute load and stress tests for web applications/APIs
• Monitor application health during execution using Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Splunk
• Analyze performance issues and identify bottlenecks
• Work closely with Dev, QA, Infra and App Support teams
• Prepare performance test reports and share recommendations
• Support production performance troubleshooting when required
