Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role for Two Wheeler Loans, based in South 24 Parganas. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding customers for two-wheeler loans through direct outreach, dealer channels, and referrals. Responsibilities include explaining loan products and terms, collecting and verifying customer documentation, and coordinating with credit and operations teams for timely approvals and disbursements. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, partners, and customers to drive business growth and ensure high levels of satisfaction. The Relationship Manager is also expected to achieve sales targets, monitor portfolio quality, follow up on collections, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail lending or NBFC/banking sales, preferably in two-wheeler or vehicle loans.
  • Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to source business through field visits, dealer relationships, and local market networks.
  • Basic understanding of credit, documentation, and KYC/regulatory requirements.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Comfort with using basic computer applications and loan management systems.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant diplomas in finance or sales will be an advantage.
  • Local market knowledge of South 24 Parganas and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
