Role Description

The Relationship Manager for the Direct Marketing Channel in Life Insurance will focus on building and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, providing consultation on appropriate life insurance products, and achieving sales targets through direct marketing initiatives. The role requires regular client interactions to understand financial needs, deliver presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.


Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship skills: Expertise in building client relationships, prospecting new customers, negotiating, and converting leads into policyholders.
  • Communication and presentation skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities to effectively present and promote life insurance products.
  • Industry knowledge and consultation skills: Understanding of life insurance products such as term plans, ULIPs, and retirement policies with an ability to provide tailored recommendations to clients.
  • Problem-solving and target achievement: Capable of addressing client concerns effectively and achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency with technology: Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms to streamline operational efficiency.
  • Customer-first mindset: Focused on delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Educational background: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Relevant experience: Prior experience in life insurance sales or direct marketing is advantageous.
