Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Relationship Manager to manage and nurture a portfolio of creators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring creator engagement, onboarding success, ongoing participation, and long-term relationship management.
This role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a strong focus on creator satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned creators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators across categories.
- Guide creators through onboarding and activation processes.
- Drive creator engagement and participation in ongoing opportunities and campaigns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure creators remain active and engaged.
- Address creator queries, concerns, and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Track creator performance and identify opportunities to improve participation and outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and support.
- Maintain accurate records of creator interactions and status updates.
- Generate periodic reports on creator activity, engagement, and retention metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, Customer Success, Client Servicing, Creator Management, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, media, or digital marketing is preferred.
