Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Line Sales role based in Delhi, OH. The Front Line Sales team member will engage directly with customers, greet them professionally, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services. The role includes presenting product features and benefits, answering questions, providing accurate pricing and promotions, and guiding customers through the purchasing process. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining a clean and organized sales area, restocking merchandise or materials, and ensuring that displays are visually appealing and up to date. The individual will track customer interactions, document sales activity, follow up on leads, and collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. The role may also require handling basic customer issues, processing returns or exchanges in line with company policy, and sharing customer feedback with management to improve offerings and service.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing sales, retail, or service roles with a focus on building rapport and understanding customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and a professional, respectful approach to all customers and colleagues.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory or CRM tools, and comfort learning new digital platforms or applications as needed.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and remain accurate when handling cash, transactions, and customer information.
- Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and accountability, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Experience in the local Delhi, OH market or familiarity with the surrounding community is advantageous but not required.
