Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Coimbatore . The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the assigned region, developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The role includes identifying new market opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, develop and strengthen distribution network and closely coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The major objective is to develop and strengthen the distribution arm. Regular travel within the region may be required to meet clients and partners.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Agri Input sales.
  • Proven sales skills, including the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify opportunities, and close deals effectively.
  • Strong relationship management and client servicing skills to maintain and expand customer base.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that drive results.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for market analysis and business insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales forecasting techniques.
  • MBA or relevant professional certifications is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
