About the Opportunity: Most companies offer you a salary; we are offering you a business.
We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company providing a high-value, subscription-based software product to the Indian SME and industrial sectors. We are looking for a hungry, aggressive B2B sales veteran (5–10 years of experience) to lead our market penetration across West Bengal and take ownership of our revenue engine.

What You Will Do:
- Field Dominance: Lead heavy, on-the-ground physical sales across industrial hubs, manufacturing units, and SME clusters in Kolkata and across West Bengal as required.
- Digital Closing: Manage and close inbound leads generated by our digital marketing engine, taking them from virtual product demos to signed contracts.
- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a squad of junior inside-sales executives to qualify leads and set up your meetings.
- Pipeline Management: Own the regional revenue targets, driving predictable monthly recurring revenue (MRR) through annual and monthly subscriptions.
Who You Are (The DNA):
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of hardcore B2B sales experience (Software, SaaS, ERP, or B2B subscriptions preferred).
- Expertise: A master of both physical field sales and modern digital/virtual closing.
- Business Acumen: You speak the language of business owners and know how to sell ROI and value, not just software features.
- Mobility: Comfortable with rigorous travel and rugged field visits to industrial zones across West Bengal.
- Mindset: You are highly entrepreneurial. You care more about building long-term recurring wealth and securing a stable future (equity/partnership) than fighting for a short-term bloated fixed salary.
The Compensation & Partnership Track: We do not cap your earning potential. Your growth is structured in three distinct phases:
- Phase 1 (The Proving Ground): A fixed survival base retainer + Aggressive, uncapped commissions on upfront cash and monthly recurring revenue.
- Phase 2 (The Escalation): Hit our mutually agreed 6-month revenue milestone to unlock a lump-sum performance bonus and a massive percentage hike on your base retainer.
- Phase 3 (Year 1 & Beyond): Upon 1 year of continuous target achievement, you will be officially elevated to Sales Partner. Sustained performance from there transitions you into a Company Shareholder with actual equity.
