Role Description - pharmaceuticals Manager Only

This is a full-time on-site position for a Regional Sales Manager based in Indore/Bhopal . The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, building and managing a team of sales professionals, and fostering strong customer relations. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, monitoring competitors, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and skills in Sales Strategy Development and Account Management
• Team Management, Leadership, and Mentoring experience to drive performance
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Market Analysis and Business Development acumen to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sectors is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
