Lead the regional sales function, manage team performance, and drive revenue growth.

Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: Up to ₹13-15 LPA -Fixed (As per company policy based on past CTC)
- PF, HRA, Medical Benefits
- Annual Bonus & Incentives
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
- Work Hours: 9 Hours (standard work hours)
- Probation Period: 3 Months
- Travel: Yes
- Immediate Joiners Preferred or Maximum 20 Days
- 8+ Years of Experience in Food & Beverage / Agri Exports / FMCG – HoReCa Channel
- Graduates in Business or MBA in Sales /Marketing
- 2–3 years team handling in similar business
- Strong leadership skills
- Strategic thinking ability
- Proven revenue growth experience
