Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will handle customer queries, provide excellent support and service, and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the buying process. They will also address complaints, resolve issues efficiently, and assist with sales inquiries to enhance customer experiences and foster lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong skills in Sales and upselling to meet customer needs and organizational goals
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to actively engage with customers
• Ability to manage conflicts and provide timely resolution to customer issues
• Proficiency in local languages is an added advantage
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role or retail environment is preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
