We are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager for our Varanasi office. This is an on-site role where the candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and guiding sales representatives, building and maintaining strong distributor and retailer relationships, and expanding market reach. Additional responsibilities include devising and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, handling customer feedback, and reporting to senior management on sales performance metrics. The Area Sales Manager will work towards ensuring consistent market penetration and identifying growth opportunities in the industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills
- Knowledge in distribution management, retail operations, and customer engagement
- Analytical skills for market trend analysis and sales performance evaluation
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Effective communication and leadership skills for managing and motivating teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in FMCG sales is highly advantageous
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required
