Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Boston for a Regional Director. The Regional Director will oversee daily operations within their designated region, develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, and ensure optimal performance across departments. Responsibilities include managing team performance, driving sales objectives, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency. The candidate will serve as a key leader, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
