Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll handle end-to-end growth activities — from first contact to deal closure. This is a hands-on role involving outreach, discovery calls, follow-ups, demos, and closures.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify sports academies, turfs, and play arenas
- Reach out via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
- Initiate conversations with owners and managers
Discovery & Requirement Understanding
- Conduct discovery calls to understand current operations
- Identify gaps in bookings, enquiry handling, and customer retention
- Qualify leads based on business need and readiness
Follow-ups & Relationship Building
- Manage follow-ups consistently
- Address objections and clarify value
- Build trust through clear communication
Demos, Meetings & Closures
- Coordinate product demos and meetings
- Drive discussions towards decisions
- Close deals independently
Market Feedback
- Share insights from the field to improve messaging and product positioning
- 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Comfortable speaking with business owners
- Result-oriented mindset
- Willingness to follow up and take ownership
