Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Gurugram. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviews, and hiring activities. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and facilitating training for newly hired employees. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational hiring goals.


Qualifications

  • Proficient in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
  • Should be adept at Bulk Hiring
  • Should be adept for Sales & blue collar hiring in bulk
  • Should be adaptive & hungry to achieve targets & drive necessary results
  • Should have good knowledge of usage of candidate acquisition tools like job portals, watsapp groups, reference based hirings etc
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Experience in Training and onboarding employees to align them with organizational objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Experience in the HR or recruitment industry is must
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
