Job Description

Regional Sales Manager – OEM / B2B Industrial (Electrical Segment)


This role is best suited for professionals with experience in B2B/OEM or technical sales within electrical, industrial, or infrastructure sectors, working closely with OEMs, EPCs, or key accounts.


Position: Regional Sales Manager - West

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10–12 years


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the West Region business and team
  • Drive sales, marketing, and business development activities
  • Work closely with contractors and EPC companies such as Tata Projects, Sterling & Wilson, Blue Star, Godrej, Sterling Electro, Pronet etc.
  • Handle consultants for making approvals and technical coordination, including Jacobs, Sudlows, Aecom, Aevitas, Knexir, IPS Methalia, TCE, and others
  • Develop and grow presence across key industry segments in the region
  • Manage regional channel partners, key accounts, and strategic customers
  • Support tenders, negotiations, and project closures


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication
  • Postgraduate qualification shall be an added advantage


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development
  • Experience in Lightning Protection, Surge Protection, and Earthing Systems will be preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders – EPCs, consultants, and end customers
  • Good communication and negotiation skills


Experience:

  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in regional sales/business leadership roles
  • Proven exposure to handling large projects and institutional customers
