gParrot Services is hiring a Recruiter based in India to source, screen, and place top-tier non-IT talent for our US clients — across Legal, Healthcare, Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, Accounting & Finance, and Human Resources.

About the Role
This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on non-IT staffing for US clients. You will own requisitions end-to-end — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates — while using our AI-powered matching tools to move faster without sacrificing quality. You'll work closely with Business Development Managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver a strong, compliant candidate pipeline.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting US non-IT staffing (Healthcare, Legal, Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, Accounting & Finance, HR)
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Excellent written and verbal English — comfortable interviewing and presenting candidates to US clients
- Experience using AI-powered sourcing or matching tools to accelerate recruiting workflows
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools for tracking candidates and requisitions
- Understanding of US employment compliance basics relevant to non-IT staffing
- Comfortable working US-aligned business hours for overlap with clients and hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-IT roles across assigned US client accounts
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and AI-powered tools
- Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit against client requirements
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview-to-offer process
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in the ATS/CRM
- Partner with Business Development Managers to understand new client needs and role specs
- Track requisition aging, time-to-fill, and pipeline health, flagging risks early
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring or high-volume non-IT roles
- Ensure compliance with client and US employment requirements throughout the hiring process

- Experience recruiting for high-volume or hard-to-fill non-IT roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
- Knowledge of US labor market trends and non-IT hiring patterns
