Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Recruiter / HR Executive. The Recruiter / HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Additionally, this role involves onboarding new employees, managing employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting other HR functions as needed.

• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
