Growth360 is a boutique HR Consulting and Executive Search firm. Our forte lies in connecting talent with right opportunities and going much beyond traditional keywords to CV matches or using job boards. We believe in finding passive and non traditional talent to the table. We are currently hiring for our Executive Search business.

We are currently looking for a Recruiter to work with us. Our office is in Gurgaon and we would prefer Gurgaon based candidates or those who want to move here. We are looking for an MBA with a zest to build a great career in the search business.

This will be a recruiting focussed role so if you are keen on HR coordination or HR Ops role--please do not apply.

To qualify you must have the following:

- Recruitment experience of minimum 1 years (mid / senior level hiring--we don't work on volume hiring or bulk so that will be a complete no no)

-We prefer post graduates MBA or 2 years of experience if graduate.

- Expertise in sourcing from multiple channels especially social media (if you have been used to hiring only from job boards this role will not work for you)

- Ability to understand job requirements much beyond whats written in the JD

- Ability to pitch role to candidates effectively

- Ability to work independently

--Post roles on various social media and manage

-Opportunity to learn headhunting and mapping

The role will also include a component of business development and account management for the deserving candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
