Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pan india. The Site Head will oversee daily operations, manage personnel, ensure adherence to project timelines, and maintain safety and quality standards at the manufacturing and installation sites. The role entails leading teams, coordinating with cross-functional departments, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with industry and organizational benchmarks. The Site Head will be the primary point of contact for client interactions on-site, ensuring project delivery meets customer satisfaction and expectations.

d Erection

• Experience in project management, workflow optimization, and site coordination
• Comprehensive understanding of thermoplastic process equipment, fabrication techniques, and quality control standards
• Knowledge of engineering and safety standards relevant to chemical handling systems
• Proven ability to handle client interactions, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site full-time in the site pan indian
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; professional certifications in project management or relevant engineering disciplines are advantageous
• Prior experience in thermoplastic engineering or a related industry is highly desirable
