About the Role:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to evaluate and refine AI-generated content, campaign ideas, and engagement strategies. You will help guide the AI in understanding platform behavior, audience psychology, and modern digital communication, enabling it to create more relevant, creative, and high-performing social content.

Responsibilities:

• Review AI-generated posts, captions, and campaign plans.
• Assess tone, brand alignment, and engagement quality.
• Identify gaps in content strategy and audience targeting.
• Provide structured feedback to enhance AI social-media reasoning.

Requirements:

• Experience in social media strategy and content optimization.
• Understanding of digital trends and audience behavior.
• Ability to critique content for tone, clarity, and platform suitability.
