Job Description

Experience: 5 to 7 yrs

Key words:
ITSM, Client Script, Script includes, Business rules, ACL’s, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow designer, Workflow editor, Portal configuration

(Modules: ITSM mandatory, ITOM, HAM, SAM, GRC, HRSD)

  • Acting as a ServiceNow Administrator/ Developer
  • Leveraging ServiceNow Admin/Implementation Specialist, Foundation, JavaScript, and HTML knowledge
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining ServiceNow components including Order Guides,

Catalog Items, Record Producers, Requested Items, Tasks, Email Templates, Inbound Actions,

Data Imports, and Transformation Maps, as well as developing and supporting Change,

Incident, and Problem Management applications using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI

Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, Assignment Rules, SLAs, Views, and Email

Notifications.

  • Supporting ServiceNow Service Catalogue and Requested Items related artifacts
  • Implementing general settings such as incident, problem, change, and SLA
  • Service Catalogue configuration, for example, creating service requests for multiple

stakeholders (App teams, HR, Service Desk Team, etc.)

  • ServiceNow Portal configuration working in Angular JS.
  • Flow Designer to build catalogue workflows / integrations.
  • Following Agile/Scrum/VTB methodology

Automation & Integration

  • Implementing REST/SOAP API integration
  • Leveraging Flow Designer to build catalogue workflows / integrations

Security & Compliance

  • Manage user roles, access controls, and authentication mechanisms
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and audit requirements through secure

logging practices.

  • Manage ServiceNow Licenses and Subscriptions.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Daily connects with Customer and status updates
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow stakeholders to get the requirements.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior team members on best practices.
  • Be updated with latest features, releases, and upgrades in ServiceNow.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through enhanced visibility and

automation.
