Job Title: HR Recruiter – Engineering, Technical, Non-Technical Roles
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Location: Pune
Experience: 1–4 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Purpose
To manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical and non- technical roles across multiple industries, supporting client and project-based hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non IT roles
- Understand project lifecycle hiring
- Work closely with project heads, engineering managers & leadership to understand manpower planning
- Source candidates through: Job portals, LinkedIn and professional networks, Employee referrals, Field sourcing, where required
- Conduct initial HR screening and shortlisting
- Coordinate with hiring managers / clients to understand technical requirements
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
- Negotiate compensation and close offers
- Coordinate offer issuance, documentation, and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality benchmarks
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in engineering / technical / NBFC
- Exposure to IT and Non-IT hiring
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and field roles
- Organized, target-driven, and detail-oriented
Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
- Experience in recruitment agency / consulting environment is an advantage
