This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle, and maintaining an accurate database of talent. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Expertise in talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with employer branding techniques and strategies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruitment for engineering, oil and gas, or technical sectors is advantageous
