Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Indore. The HR Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The role will involve building strong relationships with hiring managers, maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and actively participating in workforce planning. The HR Recruiter will also support employer branding efforts and take part in HR-related administrative tasks to contribute to the overall functioning of the HR department.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Talent acquisition and recruitment expertise, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Ability to conduct interviews and deliver timely hiring closures
• Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with Recruitment softwares and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Previous experience of working in FMCG sector is advantageous
