Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Recruiter. The primary responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring pipeline. The Recruiter will also maintain candidate databases, build strong talent pipelines, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and collaborate with teams to meet recruitment goals effectively. Additionally, the role will involve supporting employer branding and implementing innovative recruiting practices.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting techniques, including resume screening and candidate profiling
  • Experience in coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar tools
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies and familiarity with online recruitment channels
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills to engage with candidates and internal teams
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in community management or property services recruitment is a plus
