Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Varanasi. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, promoting PAYTM's financial and digital payment services, and closing sales. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, assisting them with product integration, providing customer support, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position will also focus on achieving sales targets and reporting on market trends.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Customer Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Digital Payments, Payment Gateways, and Fintech services
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to market demands
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcome challenges
- Familiarity with the Varanasi market is a plus
- Ability to travel locally as required
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in field sales, particularly in Fintech or retail, will be advantageous
