We are seeking a full-time Lead Generation Manager for an on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying potential leads, nurturing client relationships, and implementing effective strategies to generate quality leads. Responsibilities include managing lead databases, analyzing trends, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and creating optimized campaigns to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will also establish and maintain strong connections with stakeholders, ensuring consistent achievement of lead generation goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in lead generation strategies, prospecting methods, and customer segmentation
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in managing lead databases and reporting
- Experience in email marketing, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to meet shared objectives
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a goal-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the influencer marketing or advertising industry is a plus
