This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Chennai. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet organizational needs. The role entails building strong talent pipelines, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining a seamless candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include utilizing recruitment tools and platforms effectively, conducting interviews, and assisting in onboarding processes to support organizational growth.

• Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and screening candidates
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking sites
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and engaging with candidates
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and maintain strong professional relationships
• Knowledge of best practices in candidate experience and onboarding processes
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in facility management or service industries is a plus
