GLOBELANCE is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist for a full-time, on-site position located in Ujjain. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative tasks. The role also includes maintaining a welcoming environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the team with clerical duties as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including handling incoming and outgoing communications and managing front desk activities
- Strong Clerical Skills, such as organizing, maintaining records, and light data entry
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to create a professional and friendly environment for both clients and staff
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Proficiency in basic computer software such as word processing, email, and scheduling tools
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
