Real Estate Senior Sales Manager

Location: Grandthum, Greater Noida (Work From Office)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our growing real estate sales team. If you have a proven track record in property sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a passion for achieving targets, we'd love to hear from you.

• Drive sales of residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Generate and manage qualified leads through various sales channels.
• Meet prospective clients and conduct property presentations.
• Coordinate project site visits and provide end-to-end sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

• Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.

• ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives.
• Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with an exceptional and verifiable sales track record.
