About the Role :

Vibez Estate is looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. The role is based in our Bengaluru office and involves regular travel to our project sites in Sakleshpur.

We're looking for someone who can effectively manage client interactions, drive sales, and ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibility :

• Contact prospective clients through calls and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Convert leads into successful sales closures
• Coordinate project-related activities and client site visits
• Travel to Sakleshpur regularly for project coordination and client meetings
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, sales, or project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
• Willingness to travel regularly to Sakleshpur
