Role Description The Real Estate Channel Partner role at GS Realtors is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The role involves building and managing relationships with channel partners, including brokers, agents, and other referral networks, to drive property sales and business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential partners, presenting project information, negotiating terms, and ensuring partner engagement through regular meetings and follow-ups. The Channel Partner will collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align business plans, track performance, and support promotional activities and events. This role also requires maintaining accurate records of partner activities, reporting on sales metrics, and providing timely feedback to improve partner programs and customer experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Channel Partners and Channel Sales to build, nurture, and expand a strong partner network.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Sales to manage partner relationships, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business Planning to develop partner strategies, sales plans, and local market growth initiatives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present real estate projects clearly and confidently.
- Knowledge of the Dehradun real estate market or willingness to learn quickly, with a client-focused and ethical approach.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within the region as needed, and collaborate effectively with internal sales and marketing teams.
- Relevant experience in real estate, channel sales, or business development is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
