We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Secondary Sales Manager to support the growth of our Secondary Sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, achieving assigned sales targets, supporting channel development, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies under the guidance of the Head of Secondary Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive secondary sales by achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and prospective clients.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads and support the sales process through to closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track sales performance and maintain accurate sales reports and MIS.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in implementing sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Support regional sales activities and travel as required to meet business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and pipeline status to the Head of Secondary Sales.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • 0.6–3 years of experience in PRIMARY or SECONDARY REAL ESTATE SALE.
  • Strong understanding of secondary sales and channel partner management.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
