Job Description:

• Prepare estimates costing & planning for civil and structural projects and work of the tender.
• Develop and track monthly project budgets, with approved working estimates at H.O.
• Measure and calculate quantities of work executed at site for billing purposes.
• Prepare and submit client bills / running account (RA) bills in line with contract terms and actual site progress.
• Verify and certify subcontractor bills as per work completed.
• Coordinate with planning and site teams to collect and validate data needed for billing.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely submission of bills and supporting documents for e.g. submission of 1 Bill per month on 30th of every month as per management guidelines.
• Monitor and control costs, variations, and deviations from planned budgets.
• Prepare regular reports and statements for management, highlighting billing status, pending approvals, and cash flow projections.
  
  

Experience

• Proven experience in planning, estimating, costing, and billing in construction projects.
• Drawing reading & preparation of Quantitative Details.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or related field.
  
  

Skills

• Quantity calculation, knowledge of concrete, TMT, HDPE pipe, laying, MS pipe, excavation, backfilling, etc.
