Architectural Drafter

Role Description The Autocad Drafter role at EverBuild Design is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility for some work from home. The Autocad Drafter will prepare and revise detailed technical drawings, including architectural plans and shop drawings, based on design concepts, specifications, and project requirements. This role involves translating project briefs into precise CAD drawings, coordinating with architects and designers to clarify details, and ensuring that all drawings meet quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards. The Autocad Drafter will organize drawing sets, maintain drawing libraries, and support documentation for construction and green building certification.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and general Drawing for architectural and construction documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in preparing and detailing Shop Drawings for fabrication and on-site implementation.
• Candidates should possess skills in creating accurate and clear Architectural Drawings aligned with design and building standards.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Architecture principles relevant to sustainable and energy-efficient design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software; experience with BIM tools (e.g., Revit) is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret technical specifications, and familiarity with building codes and construction practices.
• Interest or experience in green building standards (e.g., Passive House, LEED, or similar) is beneficial.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work environment.
