2D&3D Draughtsman/Design assistant

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a 2D & 3D Draughtsman/Design Assistant based in Kozhikode. The role involves preparing accurate 2D technical and architectural drawings, developing 3D models and visualizations, and updating drawings according to design revisions and consultant feedback. The Draughtsman/Design Assistant will support architects in translating design concepts into detailed plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings, ensuring consistency with project standards and regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating drawing sets, maintaining organized project files, and collaborating with the design team to meet project timelines and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing, with attention to precision and detail.
• 6 Months -2 Years of experience.
• Ability to produce and interpret Engineering Drawings for structural and services coordination.
• Proficiency in Architectural Drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Professional-level experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
• Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Familiarity with local building codes, materials, and construction practices is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate closely with architects and consultants.
