🏗️ Role: Senior STP Design Engineer
✈️ Site Travel: Required

We are looking for an experienced Senior STP Design Engineer to join our team and take technical ownership of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects — from tender-stage estimation and process design to commissioning and PG testing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Tender review, cost estimation and BOQ preparation
• Independent civil and pipeline estimation for STP projects
• STP process design – MBBR, SBR, ASP, Constructed Wetlands, WSP & similar technologies
• Preparation of BEP, HFD/PFD, GAD, P&IDs, layouts and pipeline routing drawings
• Technical coordination and design approvals with customers
• Coordination with structural and project teams
• Guide Site Engineers and resolve technical/site deviations
• Lead commissioning, trial runs and Performance Guarantee (PG) tests

What We're Looking For:
✅ 5–8 years of relevant STP design and execution experience
✅ Experience in delivering at least 2 STP projects of 1 MLD or above
✅ Strong knowledge of wastewater process, civil and pipeline engineering
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD – practical tool test will be conducted
✅ Ability to independently prepare estimates and BOQs
✅ Willingness to learn and work with 3D design software
✅ Flexible to travel and stay at project sites when required

🎓 Preferred Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Environmental, Chemical or Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
