Property Operations Manager in Mumbai

At Simplease, we are redefining residential property management by building structured operational processes that deliver a seamless experience to both homeowners and tenants. We are looking for a property operations manager who will own the operational readiness of residential properties. The role involves managing apartment handovers and takeovers, conducting detailed inspections, coordinating with owners, tenants and vendors, and ensuring that every property meets our quality standards before possession. This is a highly ownership-driven role that requires strong decision-making, excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. You will be the face of Simplease during one of the most important stages of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete handover and takeover process for residential properties.
• Conduct detailed apartment inspections and prepare comprehensive inventory and condition reports.
• Identify maintenance, housekeeping and repair requirements during inspections and initiate the necessary operational workflows.
• Coordinate with owners, tenants, vendors and internal teams to ensure apartments are ready for possession as per defined quality standards.
• Take operational decisions on-site regarding apartment readiness and recommend corrective actions wherever required.
• Coordinate rectification work and verify that all agreed work has been completed before possession.
• Manage key collection and key handover activities.
• Ensure inspection reports, photographs and supporting documentation are uploaded to the CRM within defined TATs.
• Resolve operational queries from owners and tenants during the transition process.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience during every move-in and move-out.
• Ensure all assigned workflows are completed within defined service levels and operational standards.
