Job Description

We are hiring a *Project Manager - HVAC Projects* for a reputed HVAC/Engineering company based in West Mogappair, Chennai.

The role involves end-to-end handling of HVAC projects from planning to handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• *Project Planning & Execution*: Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and ensure timely delivery of HVAC projects
• *Site Management*: Oversee HVAC installation, ducting, piping, testing & commissioning at project sites
• *Client & Stakeholder Coordination*: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution
• *Budget & Cost Control*: Monitor project budgets, BOQ, billing, and cost variance
• *Team Leadership*: Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Ensure productivity and safety
• *Quality & Compliance*: Ensure all work adheres to HVAC standards, safety norms, and contractual requirements
• *Documentation & Reporting*: Prepare progress reports, MOMs, RFIs, and project closure documents
  
  

Requirements

• *Experience*: 10-15 years in HVAC Project Management. Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC projects is a must
• *Education*: B.E / http://B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• *Skills*: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, HVAC drawings, estimation, project scheduling tools, and MS Office
• *Other*: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must be able to manage multiple sites in Chennai
