Job Description

SM Developers is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead business operations, project execution, and strategic initiatives across residential and commercial real estate developments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, operational management, budgeting, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while driving operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of residential and commercial real estate projects.
Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Manage cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with architects, engineering teams, procurement, legal, and government authorities.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
Review project documentation, contracts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Conduct regular project reviews and present progress reports to senior management.
Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and business performance.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Management/Operations is preferred.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience managing large-scale residential or commercial real estate projects.
