Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in project management and procurement/bid processes within the urban and infrastructure sector. The role involves working closely with government and PSU clients, supporting procurement lifecycle activities, and preparing high-quality consultancy tenders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support project management activities across urban and infrastructure initiatives
  • Work with Central Government, State Government, and PSU stakeholders on project delivery
  • Manage and execute procurement processes in alignment with government guidelines
  • Prepare service/consultancy tenders (RFPs/RFQs) including bid documentation
  • Assist in bid evaluations, vendor onboarding, and contract finalization
  • Ensure compliance with public procurement frameworks and standards
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely execution and reporting


Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field


Experience & Expertise

  • Experience working on urban/infrastructure projects for Government/PSU clients
  • Hands-on experience in procurement and bid process management
  • Strong exposure to preparation of services/consultancy tenders
  • Understanding of government procurement policies and procedures
