Role Description The Project Lead (Interior Fitout) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves leading and managing interior fitout projects from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors. The Project Lead will oversee site activities, ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards, monitor budgets and timelines, and resolve project-related issues. Responsibilities also include preparing progress reports, managing documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and supporting continuous improvement in project execution.
Qualifications

• Strong project management and coordination skills, with experience leading interior fitout or construction projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Office; familiarity with project management or CAD software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to make decisions under time constraints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management are a plus.
• Prior on-site experience in interior fitout or construction management within commercial or residential projects.
