About the Role
We are building a premium learning ecosystem for children (ages 6–14) through evening clubs, a summer programme, and hands-on learning kits. We’re looking for someone who can hold the operational backbone of this ecosystem.
This is not a desk-only job. It requires ownership, organisation, and calm execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and smooth running of weekly clubs (Robotics, Design, Science, Storytelling, etc.)
- Coordinate summer programme logistics and daily operations
- Handle stakeholder communication and follow-ups
- Track attendance, billing, and basic financial records
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and facilitators
- Prepare weekly updates and internal trackers
- Support event/showcase coordination
You Are
- Highly organised and dependable
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and basic project tools
- Good at communication
- Able to think ahead and prevent chaos
- Calm under pressure
- Interested in education, children, or creative spaces
This Role Is Not
- A passive admin job
- A purely creative role
- A corporate 9–5 structure
You will be central to making the ecosystem run smoothly.
This is a build-stage role in an emerging education ecosystem. We value ownership, initiative, and long-term interest over polished resumes.
Earthlab Club is an experiential learning based company based out of Dehradun with a focus on kids between the age of 7 to 15 years and school programs.
