Programme & Operations Lead

About the Role

We are building a premium learning ecosystem for children (ages 6–14) through evening clubs, a summer programme, and hands-on learning kits. We’re looking for someone who can hold the operational backbone of this ecosystem.

This is not a desk-only job. It requires ownership, organisation, and calm execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and smooth running of weekly clubs (Robotics, Design, Science, Storytelling, etc.)
• Coordinate summer programme logistics and daily operations
• Handle stakeholder communication and follow-ups
• Track attendance, billing, and basic financial records
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
• Coordinate with vendors and facilitators
• Prepare weekly updates and internal trackers
• Support event/showcase coordination

You Are

• Highly organised and dependable
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and basic project tools
• Good at communication
• Able to think ahead and prevent chaos
• Calm under pressure
• Interested in education, children, or creative spaces

This Role Is Not

• A passive admin job
• A purely creative role
• A corporate 9–5 structure

You will be central to making the ecosystem run smoothly.
