Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freelance Recruiter located in Dehradun. The Freelance Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet client needs. They will build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent, collaborate with clients to understand hiring requirements, schedule and conduct interviews, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients. Relationship management, timely communications, and reporting are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in sourcing candidates using various channels, including online job portals, social media, and recruitment tools
Strong experience in candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation
Ability to create and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to client needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
Familiarity with candidate management systems and recruitment metrics tracking
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in IT recruitment or staffing is a plus
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices is advantageous
