Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering product training to clients. Daily tasks will include managing the sales lifecycle, providing excellent customer service, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. This role is pivotal to driving revenue growth while ensuring a seamless client experience.

• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and close deals effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build relationships, address client needs, and create positive experiences
• Experience in Training to guide clients on products and services, demonstrating value and functionality
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Prior experience in technology, consulting, or IT services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
