Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Fully Onsite)

Shift Timing: 6:15 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)

About the Role:

We are hiring energetic and motivated freshers for our Bench Sales Recruitment team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in US IT staffing with full training and support. You will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates, building client/vendor relationships, and helping place consultants on projects across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.

Understand the skills and expertise of consultants and match them with relevant job opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.

Coordinate interviews and negotiate rates on behalf of consultants.

Maintain an updated database of active requirements and submissions.

Work closely with the internal team to achieve placement targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with U.S. business hours).

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Understanding of US IT staffing, recruitment life cycle, or visa types is a plus.

Prior internship or exposure to international recruitment will be an advantage.
