Designation: Regional Sales Manager – Gulf Market

Regions: Qatar

No. of Positions: 1

Experience: 5–10 Years

Industry: Building Materials (ACP experience preferred)




Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Develop and manage export sales operations across assigned middle east regions.
  • Drive gulf marketing initiatives to expand brand presence and market share.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners in overseas markets.
  • Achieve annual sales targets through B2B sales strategies and key account management.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, fairs, and business delegations to generate leads and promote products.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and pricing trends.
  • Secondary sales through warehouse & distribution channel.
  • Handle negotiations, contracts, pricing, and order finalization with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.



Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in export sales, preferably in building materials.
  • Prior experience handling ACP (Aluminium Composite Panels) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong exposure to B2B sales and distributor management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in overseas markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively internationally.
  • Good understanding of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and payment mechanisms.
