Role Description

The Production Manager for the Robotics Weld Shop will oversee daily operations to ensure the efficient execution of automated welding processes. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, monitoring equipment performance, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and implementing quality control measures. The role involves analyzing data to optimize operations, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in robot welding processes, equipment maintenance, and production line management.
• Proficiency in production planning, process optimization, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control measures in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership and team management skills to oversee staff and enhance performance.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Preferred qualifications include an engineering degree in mechanical, production, or manufacturing, along with experience in the automotive or related industries.
